Grow With Us!

At ABS, training doesn’t stop after the first week. We believe that ongoing staff training is a must to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients. In person, weekly and biweekly meetings are held to discuss a variety of topics. Some topics include Behavior Support Plans, Skill Acquisition Targets, Supervision Requirements, Ethics, Parent Training, Toileting Skills, Feeding Skills, and more! Ongoing training is also available as supervision free of charge for those wishing to pursue their BCBA certification.

    I applied in-person. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Alternative Behavior Strategies.

    Interview

    I had two positive phone interviews and one in person interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was transparent about the rewards and the challenges of the position. The primary reward is getting to be a part of the mission to improve the lives of children with autism. That it is a rapidly growing company is both an opportunity and a challenge. Getting to be part of shaping the company into what it will become is the upside.
