I have been working at Alternative Networks full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

People are, on the whole, keen to get on with the work.
Training is available but is at discretion of your line manager.
Office environment - fruit available for free, and the usual coffee/tea/filtered water, microwaves and dishwasher available.

    Cons

Politics getting out of hand as people vie for Daisy approval - despite knowing Daisy's reputation for slashing costs
Lack of integrity from the CFO. Few people trust him. Actions speak louder than words. He does not like confrontation and will either ignore emails or walk out of meetings if he feels it's getting 'difficult'.
Certain managers are getting overinflated sense of power and behaving like dictators.

    Advice to Management

    Be honest with your staff.
Don't hide behind others when the buck should stop with you.
Identify the tinpot dictators in the company, and deal with them - they are de-motivating your teams.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Alternative Networks in July 2016.

    Interview

A telephone interview consisted of a discussion of your prior experiences and knowledge of the role. What Alternative Networks do and what skill set do you feel you will bring to the role.
