I have been working at Alternatives part-time (Less than a year)
Competitive pay. They hire people with little to no experience. Great entry level job in the field of developmental disabilities. They send out a weekly internal position posting. There is room for advancement.
The way some programs are structured is frustrating in the sense that they encourage bad behavior from clients. They are ridiculously strict with training requirements. I have had many errors in my paychecks.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alternatives (Billings, MT) in August 2015.
Application from Job Corps.- Initial Interview, one on one with the previous position holder - Group Interview, structured questions, point system answers with three department heads - Final Interview, phone call w HR, mostly just verification of information on the application and job description.
