This Company is a large organization that cares about the entire "family". They are pro work/life balance, they invest in their people and they are extremely generous in their efforts to support their employees.
Cons
Like all growing organizations, this Company has some growing pains. Having said that, they listen and are in perpetual improvement mode.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AmTrust Financial (Lakeview Terrace, NJ) in March 2018.
Interview
First there was a phone interview, then in person. The women I met with were extremely professional and very nice. They were very thorough with their questions. They gave me the opportunity to ask questions as well. It was a pleasure meeting them.
