Interview
I was contacted through a third party recruiter for this role and declined to continue the interview process after the phone screen. The phone screen went well, however the name of the company was kept secret until the end of the interview when I indicated I would be further interested. After learning more about the company, I learned this is a faith (specifically Christian)-based company. Many of the company's values are rooted in "biblically"-driven advice and teachings of God. As a Jewish woman, I in no way could picture myself working and representing this company; I could not properly represent their values when I myself do not partake. When the company is so-rooted in a specific denomination, this information should be blatant and clear from the start. Otherwise it is a waste of candidate's and recruiter's time and consideration.InterviewSalary Requirements
