I have been working at Amcor full-time (More than 10 years)
Decent pay, some overtime, decent benefits, trying to reward employees
Green or rookie managers in key positions, it's all about the senior managers, employees are a "resource", human resources tries, but, like the mangers, doesn't have a clue, everything is "reactive", experienced employees are never included in major projects, until it's too late, they have the degrees, so, they know it all!!! Bonus program is a carrot dangled infront of a donkey.
Advice to Management
Treat the employees like they mean something and you'll be suprised what happens
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Amcor (Mundelein, IL) in March 2017.
I sat down with the quality manager and another quality employee and we went through basic questions, as well as more in depth experience. The environment was welcoming and everyone I met was friendly. The quality manager seemed passionate about her job and Amcor in general which was refreshing.
