I had a great phone screening with HR. HR spoke so highly of the company and team. I was immediately set up for onsite interview . I should have known something was off when the hiring manager did not want to shake my hand. I never heard back from them neither way. It is professional and courteous to at least send a letter . This company should realize people are taking time and effort out of their schedules to meet with them.
