I have been working at American College of Education full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

ACE takes dedication to its students and its employees seriously. They truly care that both students and staff are fulfilled, happy and valued. I have been in the workforce for more than 30 years and ACE by far is the most dedicated to employees of any company I have worked for. They allow and trust employees to manage their time and world appropriately.

    Cons

Once you work at ACE, you realize the shortcomings of your previous professional life/employers.

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at American College of Education (Dallas, TX) in October 2011.

    Interview

I came in through a staffing agency. The person conducting the interview was mainly concerned with my abilities. I thought it was going to be mostly a creative position, but they were also looking for technical abilities like web forms and databases. They were obviously desperate and wanted me to start the same week.
