I have been working at American College of Radiology full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Family friendly organization focused on improving patient care. Opportunities for self starters who want to do good for medicine and society.

    Cons

Very busy organization that tries to do everything for everybody. Had embarked on a process to narrow focus and streamline processes.

    Advice to Management

Communication is key to great collaboration and empowered employees

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at American College of Radiology (Reston, VA).

    Interview

Straight 3 rounds of interview (2 rounds in-person & 1 phone interview) and decision within 1 week period.
Normal recruiting questions based on previous experience & challenges.
Didn't discuss about expected compensation. Just assumed it was going to be discussed should they would extend an offer.
Offer is based on pending background check results.
My interviewer was a bit iffy about my skills, so the person decided not to take me into the team. Their loss I suppose.
