American Express is a great company. They truly care about their employees and it shows. They have on site health care, cafeteria, and a gym. Throughout the year there are tons of events where they celebrate their employees. Some of this years events were free coffee, free waffles, reptile show, and free ice cream. They are also very involved in the community. There are tons of events to help out the less fortunate and soldiers serving overseas.

I have met many people who have been affected by layoffs within the company. I myself learned that I will be let go within the next three months because my teams positions are going away.

Just received a first round interview. It consisted of two back to back 30 minute interviews. Basic behavioral questions and some technical marketing questions too. The overall experience was pretty good, the interviewers were nice and nodded when they believed your answers were on track.

    Interview Questions

    • How would you market a credit card for a supermarket? How would you know which geographic ares to expand the credit card to? How would you measure the success of a new credit card?   Answer Question
