    Application

I applied online. The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at American Family Care in March 2017.

    Interview

I was surprised interview for a manager position only lasted 15 minutes. I interviewed over 6 weeks ago, and checking their website found out the position was no longer open. Very unprofessional to not give someone the decent courtesy of letting them know they didn't get the job. This should raise the alarm for anyone looking for a job with them and why their turnover is outrageous. Not impressed with the company nor the operations manager who interviewed me. This company has problems.

    Interview Questions

    • Pretty standard interview questions. How would you handle a certain employee, or how would you discipline an employee.   Answer Question
