I have been working at American Financial Network full-time (More than a year)
This company has been very good to me, I work at the corporate office and it has been a rewarding experience. We have a health and wellness manager that stocks the kitchen, gives us snacks and encourages exercise and stretching, we have stand-up desks to give us options while we work and a beautiful office. The company offers paid time off and affordable healthcare to all of it's branches as well, they also promote from within. The management here truly cares about their employees and makes strides to be supportive and uplifting!
Personally I have experienced nothing but positive encounters from this company. I can only speak for my experience here, but the corporate office at American Financial Network does everything in it's power to create a very happy work environment for everyone who works here.
Advice to Management
I believe that management is doing everything in it's power to do the best it can. I would advise management at outside branches to follow in corporate's standards of care for their employees, if they haven't already done so.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Financial Network.
Phone interview first then met with managers for discussing benefits. Questions are asked about previous experiences and who you saw yourself in 5 years. Mangers were polite and encouraging.
