Company handles scheduling and takes care of your students. You earn a lot of flight time and pay is pretty good. Airline partnerships are great, it's how I got my job.
You get paid to fly, there are no cons.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at American Flyers (Addison, TX) in November 2016.
It was nothing like interview. It was just normal formality to conduct interview. They just want to hire instructors who can work for 20$ Per hour. As we all know that we as instructors needs to build time i got hired and the rest is history
