    Unnecessarily long and strenuous. I went through about 8 different interviews total with 5 different people (consisting of phone, zoom and in-person). They each asked me the same basic and cliche interview questions, with no regard or wiggle room for a basic conversation to get to actually know me. It was very repetitive. There are also many tedious assessments you must take. Took about 3 weeks until I got the offer, and once I saw what the scope of this job looked like after this crazy process, I obviously said nopppeee
