Customer Service Representative
Does anyone here work for Fidelity? I saw that there are a bunch of customer service positions open and I don't know if it's somewhere that would fairly easy for someone with just 1 year of experience. I need to change where I'm at, but not sure how big of a company is really gonna hire me when I'm so new to things.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American Industrial Partners (Detroit, MI) in Nov 2016
InterviewYou don't actually interview for AIP, instead you interview for one of their Portfolio Companies. They had two interviews on campus, after which they would decide whether or not to bring you to Detroit to interview you again. After that, if some of the companies liked you they would reach out to you again. As such the process is very long and without guarantee of employment. And you won't even know which Portfolio companies you are interviewing for until you get to Detroit.
