You don't actually interview for AIP, instead you interview for one of their Portfolio Companies. They had two interviews on campus, after which they would decide whether or not to bring you to Detroit to interview you again. After that, if some of the companies liked you they would reach out to you again. As such the process is very long and without guarantee of employment. And you won't even know which Portfolio companies you are interviewing for until you get to Detroit.InterviewAre you able to work late nights regularly?
