Why work at AIFS?
"I wanted to thank you for everything you did to make my time as a full-time employee at AIFS as amazing as it was. I learned a great deal from watching you lead the organization. Primarily, I learned that if you take care of people and make them feel special and valued, they will perform well and stay loyal. With this, I think anything is possible."

Difficult to use public transportation Management fairly entrenched Benefits great but pay just ok
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at American Institute for Foreign Study (Stamford, CT) in February 2015.
It went very quick! Hiring manager and human resources were extremely communicative throughout the process, and answered questions I had about benefits, compensation, etc. right away once I'd received an offer. The interview itself was pleasant too. It was set up as more of a conversation with the hiring managers and the current regional directors than a formal interview, which always helps with the nerves!
