I worked at American Intercontinental University full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Steady paycheck.
    Met nice people.
    You will learn to multitask!

    Cons

No control over student's decision to attend, but held accountable for not achieving goals.

    Advice to Management

Try to reduce stress over hitting metrics. I was surprised to work there for 2 years, because it was a revolving door with high turnover when I got there. Although it isn't as bad now, worrying about number all day, every day is exhausting.
