I worked at American Library Assoc. full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Worked there '98, but that was not an option. I can only imagine that as an organization, its gotten better. Very worthwhile place to work.

Cons

Left there because the new boss was evil.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at American Library Assoc. (United States)

    Interview

The interviewing process took over a month with an all day panel interview. The longest wait was to get a response once the interview was completed, which was over three weeks. I had to proactively ask for the final decision due to another offer. The manager never gave any feedback regarding the interview.
