Pros

There are several things I love about this job. -potential to make what you want instead of set amount. You get paid for your effort. -I like being on my own in the field but having a manager

Cons

Not really cons but reality! -wear and tear on your vehicle (with effort you can buy a new one more often though!) - long hours. If you want to be the best, you put in the time and effort and spend

Advice to Management

Keep up the motivation. The morning calls are great! I love the recognition! I also love the bonuses & giftcards for beating goals and proving what’s possible!

    Interview

Did not match job description online. Commission based. Multiple interview steps. The first call is very clear on what the job duties are. Cold calling is needed. First call is with Human Resources and then next interviews are with people int hat special department.
