    Interview

The phone interview was fine. Fairly free flowing. I moved on to the next step of the interview process, and observation day. Observation day entails shadowing a senior lead on the team for upwards of six hours. My observation day was scheduled at a small town and the meeting place was a McDonalds. I drove over 90 minutes to get there early and prepare the day. The interviewer/senior lead never showed up.
    Interview

Couldn’t say because the interviewer never showed up.
