Advice to Management
Consider who is helping build your new customer cliental, improve in areas that you know need to be improved, make sure your employees are motivated enough to assist in building the growth of new clients, as well as serving the ones they already have.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American National Insurance.
The first stage was a phone screening. This was pretty casual, typically HR questions. Stage two was a phone interview with the hiring manager. This was also a casual behavioral type interview. The next stage, which I didn't make it to, was an onsite interview.
Everyone I talked with was very professional and polite. It was one of the more efficient interviews I've been through for entry-level actuarial roles.
