    Interview

The recruiter called and did a phone interview. Once I passed the phone interview, the recruited stated that they would pass my resume onto the hiring managers at the call center and if they decided to interview they would call back to schedule a time for a future interview.

The call center is in Mililani. I toured the call center. The cubicles are extremely small. It was mentioned during the interview that the call center has about 70 agents.

If the hiring managers would like to hire you, you will be asked to take an assessment which is a personality test.

I felt the interview process was prolonged. The questions were almost the same questions from the phone interview, but they asked them in different scenarios. The pay is only $14 which is considerably for the cost of living in Hawaii. I declined the offer.
