    Pros

Good benefits and above industry compensation

    Cons

Functional silo driven, politics, bureacracy, clueless executive team

    Advice to Management

too late, already acquired by OSI Systems / Rapiscan , most if not all executive management are gone including CEO, who was brought in to sell or be acquired, as will his next gig

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at American Science and Engineering (Billerica, MA) in March 2015.

    Interview

it was through a recruiter, and then I went to the interview. it was nearly 3 hrs. I liked the people I interviewed with, HR was great. The took too long in the first interview part of the process (over 4 weeks) and I received another offer. The hiring manager had said she wanted me to come back but after 3 weeks and little communication or feedback from the recruiting agency, I accepted the other offer.
