Everyone pulls together to make the company and properties the best possible. Resident and employee satisfaction is very important and a key aspect of the day to day work.
Staffing can run short and quick changes can frustrate some, but the health care space is ever changing and sometimes a quick change of direction is required

I applied online. I interviewed at American Senior Communities (Indianapolis, IN) in February 2017.
I had a preliminary phone screening with the regional recruiter, then I had an in-depth interview with the regional recruiter, then I had an in-depth interview with the executive director at the building I applied for. The questions were simple, and everything was conversational. Both interviewers seemed nervous that I was so young (20s), because the Director of Marketing has an "assistant." During my last interview, I was told that I was the top candidate, and that I would hear back within 4 days. I waited 4 days, and then I called to follow up. I never heard from anyone at the company again, not even a "we went with another candidate" email.
