I have been working at American Standard full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

People are great to work with here - people work towards the same goal; have not met anybody who's out for #1. Since the beginning of the year, a lot of new things have been introduced to make it a more fun place to work: flexible work arrangements, massage services on-site, product discounts, treat trucks in the summer. The company's expanding and continues to innovate and re-brand.

    Cons

Can't think of anything right now.

    Advice to Management

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at American Standard in March 2018.

    Interview

Stay away from interviewing in IT, very immature , in experienced New leadership , for a 30 minute telephone interview , interviewer was 15 minute late. Asked to walk through my resume , asked three close ended questions for an executive role. Very apparent interviewer was checking the boxes and may have people already in mind for roles in question. I don't see them surviving very long.
