Accident & Cancer Insurances
Through Colonial Life, ATC offers an “AFLAC type" insurance for you and your family. Accident insurance helps offset unexpected medical expenses, such as deductibles and copayments that can result from a fracture, dislocation, or other covered accidental injury.
Cancer insurance helps offset the out-of-pocket medical and nonmedical expenses related to cancer that most medical plans may not cover. This coverage also provides benefits for specified cancer-screening tests.
ATC offers company paid life insurance. In addition to the company paid life insurance, employees have the option of purchasing additional life insurance for themselves and for their dependents.
Short Term Disability
ATC provides financial protection by paying a portion of your income should you become disabled due to non-work related injury or illness.

Paid Time Off

The HR department is very professional and responsive. Steps in the hiring process include a phone screen, live interview, plant/office tour, assessment and I would expect an offer if selected.
