I have been working at American Traveler full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Been with the company for a while now. They treat their staff great! Many perks to the job. Impressed with the hiring process and how they give detailed training with the ability to work along side /team up with seasoned staffers so that you gain knowledge to be successful. Whether your a new grad starting out in the work place or coming in from the corporate world, they take time to give you the tools you need to do well. They do a good job of making the days/weeks fun with added incentives, games, contests. Office is modern, clean and always getting updated equipment. I feel a strong sense of caring for employees and wanting to see all become successful.

    Cons

    None at this time.

    Advice to Management
