I have been working at American Woodmark full-time (More than 10 years)
American Woodmark attracts employees that truly care, not only about the company, but more importantly about each other. The company stands by its core values, never turning a blind eye, caring just as much about how things get done as what gets done.
Not a lot to say in the cons. Sometimes our locations can be a challenge, but at the same time, our locations provide a great place to raise families and have a balanced lifestyle.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at American Woodmark (Winchester, VA) in July 2017.
The process was a bit ridiculous. It was full of hurdles and basically all about finding a reason to disqualify the candidate. Very negative experience. It was the worse interviewing experience I have ever had to endure. The hiring manager was rude and very unprofessional.
