No manager looking over your head- overall pretty good and most of the time I didn't do much.
Guests would be angry over another persons mistake and i would be the one to fix it. Management is not there to cover your back or handle really bad guests.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Americas Best Value Inn.
Very simple - a phone pre screen then a 20 minutes face to face, ONce you pass that you get UNPAID OJT for 5 hours.... then the rest of training is paid
