I have been working at Americor full-time (Less than a year)
Non-stop stream of quality inbound leads means a great money making opportunity exist. The management team lets you run your day like it is your own business if your individual metrics make sense. Houston and Jeff are quality people. The organization feels like it was built to make a sales professional succeed. The CRM is world class. In addition to the income opportunity as an agent the management opportunities with a growing staff are undeniable.
It can take some trial and error to perfect the presentation around your own style.

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Americor (Irvine, CA) in February 2018.
I applied to Americor online after researching the role and the company. After I submitted my application, I got a phone call from the recruiter the next day (they were very responsive). The phone interview was 15-20 minutes and was very preliminary. At the end of the call, I was scheduled to come onsite for an in-person interview. I scheduled it a week out from the day that I did my phone interview. At the onsite, I interviewed with two hiring managers (1:1 with each). The whole interview lasted about 1.5 hours. Both interviewers were transparent about expectations/standards and gave me a clear picture of where Americor was headed in terms of growth plans. It was more of a conversation rather than an interview which was nice. I got an the next day and accepted. I set the start date to be two weeks after I gave my current company a 2 week notice (they were extremely understanding about everything). Smooth and direct interview process.
