Employees are very friendly, management usually supportive of ideas that are beneficial to both employees and company and the office environment is pretty normal and peaceful.
There can be a lot of red-tape when it comes to getting things done. The Company could have more events for it's employees such as luncheons or annual picnics for employees and their families.
Advice to Management
Don't undervalue the knowledge of your employees, they could have brilliant ideas and never get the opportunity to express them. All employees are valuable and should not be seen as just "workers".
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ameriforge (Houston, TX).
Interview process was rather short. Managers usually know who they want to hire before they schedule interviews. Experience is a plus in the oil and gas industry. If you are inexperienced, you can expect to only find an entry-level position. Ameriforge does not hire based upon degree only, but counts experience more than anything.
Rather short. No room for negotiation. Company is too cheap.
