I have been working at Amerigroup full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Strong skillsets to learn from and become mentored under, lots of room for growth and opportunity

    Cons

Data analytics seems to be the weakest point, makes it difficult to make informed decisions with minimal data. Work/life balance can be non-existent at times.

    Advice to Management

You have great data resources, use them to make a decision!
