I worked at Ameripark full-time
Received a great work out while I was there. Management was pretty good. The tips were great before they changed the top system.
Sometimes long and grueling hours. Tip system change sucks, and on average you'll earn less than you did before. Company politics can dictate how you get treated there. Some employees don't put as much effort, leaving you to make up for the slack.
Advice to Management
Don't promote people who aren't competent enough to me supervisors.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Ameripark (Scottsdale, AZ).
The online application was quite extensive so that the company has a good idea about who you are before they call you in for an interview. The interview questions were pretty standard and easy. It required a parking test to prove your skills. It seemed that once you were called in for the interview, you had the job as long as you didn't come off crazy and could pass the driving test.
