I have been working at Amica Mutual full-time (Less than a year)

    Honestly they have so much!
Great pay, 100% 401k match to 6%, pension plan, very low cost health care, they will reimburse you for health related things like the gym or weight watchers up to 80%, they are starting a new program to help you pay $100 monthly towards student loan debt and it’s regardless of what was studied. We have a cafeteria and if you pick the healthy option it’s extremely cheap.
I’m at the hone office and we have a dry cleaner, a massage therapist, gym, a car repair/maintenance service that will fix your car while you work. (There is a few for the car service, gym, massage, and dry cleaner)
Tons of raffles for tickets to events, paid holidays, floating holiday. Partners for many discounts.
There are lots of tenure employees so that says a lot. I hope to be here a long time.

I’ve only been here a little over a month, so more could come, but overall it seems good.
A few small things, some systems and their processes are out dated, vacation time could be more competitive (2 wks at start) some departments work holidays.
Hiring process was a little tedious and communication wasn’t great.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work! Thank you for all you do!

I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Amica Mutual.

The Interview Process was great. I first interviewed on my college campus with a recruiter and was then contacted for advancement to the final round at the Amica Home Office in Rhode Island. During this interview, you meet with various senior leaders and learn about the position you are applying for from trainers in the LTD department. Great interview experience!
