I have been working at Amkor full-time (More than a year)
Excellent Benefits, the best i have had so far in my 21 years career experience. Their Health Insurance is unique!, Company is huge (employees World Wide) brings in a lot of expats to the Tempe office. Training is provided for everything, Management knows what they are doing and what direction to go. CEO has a defined strategy to continue with positive cash flow.
Needs to improve some of their processes, some are outdated. It is surprising to see that a technology company has outdated processes and software.
Advice to Management
Update some processes and do not label it black and white, be open to new ideas.
How about offering 4/10 days, opportunity to work remotely.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amkor (Tempe, AZ) in September 2017.
Received a call a few days after applying for the position online. Scheduled for an in person interview later that week. The interview consisted of myself and 5 senior engineers/managers. It was quite laid back despite what others may call "being put in the hot seat". They asked questions based on what was on my resume, then related my answers to how it applies to the job.
