I have been working at Amspec Services full-time (Less than a year)
good place to begin career and gain some experience. lots of room to make money with overtime
politics within the company can get annoying. 24 hour operation means a lot of work during the night/early morning hours.
Advice to Management
have better benefits such as tuition reimbursement
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Amspec Services (Pasadena, TX).
I was called in and ask if I would take this amount to work there. Easy peasy. My recommendation is not to chase the money. Stay with whichever company you are with and look elsewhere to move forward in your career
