I have been working at Amtel full-time (Less than a year)
The environment is real laid back.
If you put your mind to how you approach your customers, are able to have a plus one mentality & push real hard, there’s some serious money to be made. The commission structure is great. Easy to understand & the payouts are nice!
I love all my co workers including my own boss and my DM. All great people. They’ve given me all the tools & tips I have needed being only 4 months in with the company.
I love how everyone is encouraging each other to do good. We get competitive but at the end of the day, everyone wants to see each other win & make money.
Flexible hours. Just the first three weeks are a hassle because you have training Monday-Friday at a set time. So anyone that may apply in the near future and are in school, wait until you’re out of school. Unless you take online classes.
Everybody in the Cincinnati North district including upper management are such great people!
I honestly hope to stay with Amtel long term. Would love to see myself as an RSM at some point.
Honestly, none at all! Out of all the companies I’ve been with, there isn’t a single problem I have with Amtel.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Amtel (Dayton, OH) in March 2013.
Met with current hiring manager and interviewed, then met the staff, and current manager that I was replacing. We met one on one then I had both the Area and Training Manager sit in on an interview.
