We Established in 2006 and operated with 4 difference locations in Northern California (San Francisco, San Jose, San Mateo, and Union City).

I have been working at Ana Furniture full-time (Less than a year)
More active marketing, advertising, and opportunities to make more bonuses. It takes time but finally we are heading the right direction. Bonuses are more reachable than ever. Attractive earning if you work. The job is easy. You learn a lot. Store environment is nice.
Some sales people are opportunists.
They need more training and more encouragement for those who don't sell as much.
We need A LOT of new merchandise.
Be aware of Greedy sales pleople who pretend being your friend
Advice to Management
Don't base your judgement on sales people by their sales. There is people who can play very harmful for the company talking bad about the company just to discourage others to sale. There are many ways to secure their high bonus by discouraging others.
I applied online. I interviewed at Ana Furniture.
Short interview, just interview with the GM, and got a reply within 3 days and got the offer. The interview is around 30 mins. Mostly is talk about my own experience.
