Advice to Management
Create more out of the box ideas and expand into more Product lines as well as doctor clinics. Contract with larger payers.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Analgesic Healthcare.
I have many years (20) of successful sales experience as a sales manager, an outside sales rep & an inside sales rep and a bachelors degree in marketing. I am smart, hardworking & ethical however I am an introvert. I felt I had a great interview with the CEO and 2 managers here and the resume/results/background to back me up. They gave me 2 different personality tests and I answered all the questions honestly (although it was very obvious what kind of answers they were looking for). Soon after I received a letter saying they had selected another more qualified candidate. In the end I'm glad I didn't get the job because it appears to be a windowless boiler room atmosphere. Also the CEO's sons work here so I can imagine all the favoritism and politics that go on here.
