Easy to talk to people, workload fluctuates daily, flexibility within the position for how work is completed
Limited opportunity for advancement, managers have favorites, company is reluctant/slow to embrace new ideas to improve current processes

Consider all current employees first when recruiting for open positions and credit individual employees for their innovative solutions
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Analgesic Healthcare (Tampa, FL).
2 interview process - 1st with a lower level manager - 2nd is with head of sales and ultimate decision maker. They ask a list of questions, and tell you to describe your last position - what you sold, how you sold it and the whole process with role playing, not too hard of questions, some are typical personality and values type questions which seem to be pretty easy to answer
