Care about each employee, nice coworkers, great comradery and teamwork - mentor people to succeed - opportunity to make a good living - can voice opinions and feel heard
Sometimes tension between operations and sales, high pressure environment to hit goals each week and month - can get stressful if get behind on obtaining business along there is quite a bit of support if this occurs
Advice to Management
Invest more capital and earnings in more infrastructure and back into the company - hire more analysis who can make educated decisions on where is best to go in a sales direction in regards to best opportunities for growing
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Analgesic Healthcare (Tampa, FL).
2 interview process - 1st with a lower level manager - 2nd is with head of sales and ultimate decision maker. They ask a list of questions, and tell you to describe your last position - what you sold, how you sold it and the whole process with role playing, not too hard of questions, some are typical personality and values type questions which seem to be pretty easy to answer
