Advice to Management
If you want to keep good workers; HIRE them.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Analogic (Peabody, MA).
There was a phone interview with the hiring manager, who went over my resume and work experience, reviewed the basic requirements of the position, and discussed if this aligned with what I was seeking. He then arranged for a scheduled face-to-face interview set up with the hiring manager and the V.P. of sales. We went further into career objectives, and job expectations, and the company plans for growth over next few years. It was a couple days to hear about job offer and acceptance.
