I have been working at Analytica full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Good management, very challenging work environment.

    Cons

No room for error. You are client facing most of the time, working direclty with end customers from fairly early on. You have to either swim or sink - not a very nurturing environment, and no room for failure.

    Advice to Management

Loosen up people. Have some activities outside of work as well. Given that the company is overwhelming young, this could be a ver happy place to work in if the focus was not as single-minded on work.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Analytica (Washington, DC) in June 2017.

    Interview

Phone interview and then an in-person interview with two staff members. When I went in, it looked like they had just rented the office space because it was barely furnished. Overall, the lead interviewer didn't seem very comfortable or familiar with how to conduct an interview nor the expectations of the position because they asked some off the wall questions that were not appropriate to the position. I interviewed in June and never heard back about the position which is likely for the best. Even if they had extended me an offer, I found the interview experience so off putting that I wouldn't have accepted.
