Great management and very polite staff to work with. Great flexible hours and good environment and good atmosphere to be around. All employees are relaxed and experienced to work with and learn from. Meetings every saturday to do better customer service and discuss red tag sales for the week.
They didnt budget well enough. Should of had more low priced sales and more networking advertisements to keep the company a float. Prices were too high for customers unless they had red tag sales which was once a month! They should of had red tag sales everyday and keep the money rolling in.
Advice to Management
Should of tried other options to do better sales and should of carried more stuff like electronics and cell phones and cell phone cases.

A basic run down on cashier practices and a transaction simulation that occurs post interview. It was supposed to be a group interview but it seems I was the only one that showed up.
