I had an experience on the first day that someone is not liking you at all. I felt it and that person thought I’m a threat. So, what I did I told this person that I am just here to help and just volunteering to complete my hours. I know I did the right thing. This kinda tick me off, I can’t believe that this exist on this new line of job that I choose. But it will not stop me in doing what I love to do help people and will continue doing it what is the right thing to do.

Don’t you dislike when your employer calls and you reiterate your hours of availability? They ask you anyway like they can persuade to work extra hours sacrificing your family time for someone else’s? Then hold a grudge when you decline.

What are your green flags for a company/org? Aka promising signs of a positive workplace/culture, good manager, etc.?

So at my company I applied for an internal transfer to an analyst role that would likely be a pay raise. I talked with the recruiter handling the role and she passed my app onto the manager and called me Friday with some further questions… I talked with her and she passed all that info on to the hiring manager and said the hiring manager really liked my resume and just had those questions and I should hear more hopefully this week. Am super anxious. I hope I get it.
