I worked at Anchor Sign full-time (More than 3 years)
Pros
I was very fortunate to be given the opportunity to work at Anchor Sign. I truly enjoyed going to work everyday and I loved all the friendships I was able to establish because of all the great people! Everything for me was a "Pro" and I miss being a part of the special chemistry around the office. The benefits were great, pay was good, work was fun and very educating! If not for a physical ailment, I would still be there, and would intend to be until retirement!
Cons
As I mentioned, there really were not any "Cons" unless you are one of those "glass half empty" folks that always tries to find the negative in everything.
Advice to Management
Keep up the fun atmosphere, the grass is greener at Anchor Sign!
Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Anchor Sign (Charleston, SC) in March 2014.
Interview
Interviewed with HR and was told a lot about the company's history. Asked to come in and interview in person. Once I got in, it was a very thorough interview. We walked around the campus and the HR manager showed me all the different types of signs and companies they deal with. When we got back to the office, another manager came in and I interviewed with them.
