Progressive sales culture with great supervisors and co-workers. Customer satisfaction is a core value. Anchor encourages ongoing education and has a great training department. Very supportive company who values their employees.
Business needs dictate several branch closings. Anchor is making many changes all at one time. This causes some confusion for employees and customers alike.
Advice to Management
Continue being supportive of your employees. We really do give it our all.

Had a phone interview with HR in Madison, then an in person interview with the branch managers
