100% the people! The culture we have built and strive to protect is a familial atmosphere where we all work together to get the job done.
Transparency with Management/Ownership - metrics/expectations are set in every role. In the past when I haven't been meeting expectations, I find out immediately and we brainstorm on how to make it better.
No Red Tape: to implement changes, we don't need to fill out specific forms and wait 3 months for it to work it's way up the chain. Instead, we meet with ownership on site and discuss changes then decide together what to move forward with.
We are a growing company. Processes that were put in place 3 years ago no longer apply to our current staff due to the nature in which in the business has changed or just the amount of employees we now have. That means we implement changes that may not be 100% foolproof but we will keep addressing it until it is.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Anders Group (Irving, TX) in June 2016.
Had two phone interviews with the Corporate Recruiter, and then an in person interview. After a pretty standard interview with her, I met with one of the two owners. Received the offer just under a week after interviewing.
