Great people, good company interaction, active position allowing you to do more than sit behind a desk, good benefits, flexible scheduling, independent work as well as group work.
Some weekend work, holiday work, on the field is individual work so you miss out on co worker interaction.

Always think of you people first, make sure they are happy and the company will continue to succeed.

Phone interview with HR, then another with the district manager. Each interviewer goes over the roles and responsibilities of the position and follow up with general questions about prior work experience.
