    Recruiting Specialist Interview

    Easy Interview
    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Andiamo Partners (United States)

    Interview

Initial interview was with one of the co-founders. It was very straight-forward and lasted about 20 minutes on the phone. Second interview was with a recruiting manager which lasted about 30 minutes over the phone and dealt more with some of the nuances of the job and cultural fit. 3rd interview lasted 3 hours and beforehand I had to complete a personality assessment. The first 30 minutes were spent taking a separate assessment in which there was no preparation for. It included grammar, critical thinking, and math sections as well as a short essay. After that I spoke with 6 different people total over the course of 3 meetings. In the last meeting I spoke with the recruiting manager I had previously spoken with and the second co-founder. HR got back to me 24 hours later saying they were moving forward with other candidates. I responded back and asked for feedback and never heard back. I was very surprised and turned off by a company that prides itself on recruiting the top 2% of candidates, yet doesn't know how to recruit internally themselves. I have interviewed a lot, and have never spent so many hours and rounds of interviews to not get any feedback. It's extremely inconsiderate as well to have candidates spend time on personality assessments and other tests and still give them no feedback when they explicitly ask for it. In my opinion they seem like an unprofessional company with poor leadership and poor HR run by a bunch of recent grads.
