I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Andvaris Virtual Solutions (Knoxville, TN) in February 2020.
Borderline Scam: Only accept if desperate
A three hour group onboarding that's more like an advertisement than a job interview. You will be informed over the course of this interview that you are expected to pay them to work for you, about 60 dollars a pay period. You will also be expected to pay for your own background check. It's a 1099 job so you wont receive any benefits such as health insurance. You're also expected to purchase your own dialpad operating equipment. It isn't unusual to provide your own PC and Router for these jobs, but providing your own dialpad is extremely unusual.
