The US Distributor is kind. Most of the product is nice and well made.
there was no communication from "senior" staff. I sent many emails asking questions and address concerns. the support that was offered before I took the job never materialized. There is no recognition of the product in the USA, and nothing was done to enhance the presence of the brand. When an accomplishment was made, senior management took the credit. At the end, they refused to pay commissions that were owed. Avoid this company.
Advice to Management
Support your staff, answer questions and concerns, modify product for distribution in other countries. Pay people and respect them
