 About Us

For more than 160 years, Anheuser-Busch and its world-class brewmasters have carried on a legacy of brewing America’s most-popular beers. Starting with the finest, all-natural ingredients sourced from Anheuser-Busch’s family of growers, every batch is crafted using the same exacting standards and time-honored traditions passed down through generations of proud Anheuser-Busch brewmasters and employees. Best known for its fine American-style lagers, Budweiser and Bud Light, the company’s beers lead numerous beer segments and combined hold 47.2 percent share of the U.S. beer market. Anheuser-Busch is the U.S. arm of Anheuser-Busch InBev and operates 12 local breweries, 17 distributorships and 23 agricultural and packaging facilities across the United States, representing a capital investment of $16 billion. Its flagship brewery remains in St. Louis, Mo., and is among the global company’s largest and most technologically capable breweries. Visitor and special beermaster tours are available at its St. Louis and four other Anheuser-Busch breweries.

DREAM PEOPLE CULTURE

Our Dream

Our shared dream energizes everyone to work in the same direction: to be the Best Beer Company Bringing People Together For a Better World.

The three long-term objectives of our business are:

  • To deliver volume growth ahead of industry growth.
  • To grow revenue ahead of volumes.
  • To maintain strong financial discipline and ensure that costs remain below inflation.

Becoming the best is our commitment and an on-going challenge. We constantly aim to raise the bar in order to build a company that will generate growth and sustainable results for the long-term.

People make the difference

Being the Best means having the best people. Talented people who are engaged and thriving in our culture represent our most important, and indeed only sustainable competitive advantage.

Our culture, our passion

Ownership is an important part of who we are and how we behave. It begins with a mindset of everyone who works here – our people really own this company and treat it as if it were their own. Anheuser-Busch’s culture defines us as a company, unites us wherever we do business, and is the one thing our competitors can never copy. Above all, we are a truly consumer-centric, sales driven company, and everything we do is geared towards our mission of creating enduring bonds with consumers through brands and experiences that bring people together.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch (New York, NY) in January 2017.

    Interview

Process was very thorough - met with 3 hr professionals, 3 business line professionals across a variety of mediums - phone, in office, and Skype. Every step of the way was extremely casual (from a people perspective) but challenging (from a personal experience, goals, etc. Perspective). Took about a month from initial phone screen (applied via LinkedIn) to receiving offer.
