    animalz is intent on supporting our team in doing the best possible work for our customers and our customer's customers.
    it's an agency run like a SaaS startup - this makes the organization incredibly agile, and the entire team contributes to the kaizen environment that never let's anything stagnate
    onboarding gives team members a solid framework to learn within that encourages independent learning while highlighting animalz culture - an onboarding drip campaign with startup/writing best practices adhered to by the team is just one example of how smartly they've setup their process
    everyone on the team embraces the Jeff Bezos "Day 1" mentality - progress everyday, collaboration across teams, and change to grow, scale and kick a**

    Cons

    there is a relentless focus on quality. some may see this as a con, but this ensures that our product is truly differentiated in the space, and that customers will expect a better quality product than most of what they read online
    team members are trusted and expected to excel, so you need to know how to structure your time to think, work, and deliver on the expectations of team members and customers

    Advice to Management

    Continue to invest in the structured development of existing team members while bringing in more specialized and seasoned support to deliver on the quality customers expect from animalz.

    I got to connect with Walter Chen, founder & CEO, and then meet one on one with 3-4 other team members over the course of a week. I then met with Walter & their head of People Ops to talk through additional questions over a 2 hour video interview.
